Staff Hours

Torpoint 24/7 Gym as the name suggests is a 24 hour facility, however we still value face to face interactions with our members which is why we still have staffed hours.

The staff hours:

MON 09:00-12:00 AND 15:30-20:00

TUE 09:00-12:00 AND 15:30-20:00

WED 09:00-12:00 AND 15:30-20:00

THUR 09:00-12:00 AND 15:30-20:00
FRI 09:00-12:00 AND 15:30-20:00

SAT 09:00-12:00
SUN 09:00-12:00
