Staff Communication 

We value the aspect of community, upon entering the gym during staff hours, you will be greeted by a friendly face at the desk, the opportunity to have a chat with the staff will always be there if someone needs it. The staff are also there to help aid you on your fitness journey, demonstrations of how to use all the equipment will be available on request, as well as any training tips they have to benefit you. 

Supplement Shop  

Torpoint 24/7 Gym will have an on-site supplement shop where anyone can purchase a range of products including, Protein, Pre-workout and Creatine tubs at affordable prices! Members of staff will also be able to advise what products are best for you to achieve maximum results.  Other refrigerated refreshments will be available to purchase at all hours. 

Pre and Post Workout Shakes

We understand the importance of preparing for a big session which is why we offer scoops of pre-workout ready for purchase. Also on offer is freshly blended up cold protein shakes, to get  that extra post-workout protein in. Other refrigerated refreshments are also available, including a range of energy drinks, flavoured water, bottled shakes and still water.
