If a payment on direct debit is missed, please come into the gym during staff hours to pay for the missed month. After the fee has been paid your account will be set back to live. You can reset the account online but this incurs an admin fee, so it is best to visit the gym in staff hours to avoid extra payments.

For online sign-up, click the link below, this will take you to our online sign-up portal. After signing up you will be given a temporary code to access the gym. During this time, you are expected to attend the gym to establish thumbprint access.
For in person sign-up, visit the gym in our staff hours. A members of staff will give you a free guided tour and take you through the sign-up process.
Members aged 14-15 are permitted to use the gym under staff supervision, staff hours are listed on the front page of the website. Parents will be liable for the members safety and give their full permission to use the gym. They can either do this by being present with them upon singing up in club, or by using the "on behalf of" feature on the online sign-up page. We are not responsible for anyone who gives an incorrect date of birth.
These members can also training outside of staff hours as long as they have an adult (18+) who is responsible for them during this time present in the gym.
Please speak to a member of staff in club or via email torpoint247gym@outlook.com about members below the age of 14 as they are judged on a case by case basis. But as a general rule, the parent must be training with them at all times and accepts full liability for them.
