
I have been training since 2016 and have taken an interest in strength training from 2017. Since 2018 I have been competing in powerlifting as well as programming powerlifting. I became a personal trainer after finishing my university degree where I began helping people both online and in person.

I provide monthly online powerlifting coaching which is available for all skill levels whether you are looking to compete at a high level, or a complete beginner looking to get better.

Coaching feedback on training videos via Whatsapp
Customised training program via Google Sheets
Adaptations to the program based on feedback and the data collected
Competition handling (At select competitions)
